Return & Refund Policy

At Ozaoa, we stand behind the quality of our pet products—including Cat Toys, Dog Chews, Dog Toys, Leashes & Collars. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, chewed, soiled, show signs of wear, or are not in resalable condition.

Product-Specific Notes:

  • Dog Chews and other edible items must be unopened and sealed.

  • Toys and accessories must be clean and undamaged.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at help@ozaoa.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at help@ozaoa.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

After verification, we will send a free replacement or provide a full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product for a refund.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.
